Live Wallpaper App

One command installs your C++ live wallpaper app. Add your own videos locally (mp4) in the Videos folder and choose them in Settings. A separate command uninstalls it.

After install: add your own videos (mp4) in the Videos folder, then choose them in Settings. The app runs in tray.
